Return policy
A&L MICLEA CAFFEE SRL-D offers its customers the product return service according to the internal policy and the legislation in force.
A&L MICLEA CAFFEE SRL-D reserves the right to refuse a return if the return criteria are not fully met.
RETURN SERVICE
It is ensured under the conditions in which:
THE REFUND OF AMOUNTS PROVIDED FROM THE RETURN SERVICE WILL BE DONE AS FOLLOWS:
- In cash, in the case of amounts paid as a refund for orders delivered by courier (costs related to the courier service are not refundable);
Note: In the case of clients who are legal entities, it is necessary for them to issue a receipt for the refund of the amount in cash (according to OMFP no. 2634/2015), otherwise the amount will be refunded through the bank;
- By bank transfer, for payments made through the bank (O.P.), including those paid by bank card (in case of requesting the return at a later date after the sale);
- By submitting to the bank the request to cancel/redo the transaction, if the payment was made by bank card (if the products are returned on the same day as the payment was made or in all cases where the products were purchased with payment in installments - by credit card).

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:
A&L MICLEA CAFFEE SRL-D processes personal data in accordance with the legal provisions for:
- the execution of the contract concluded with you, which also includes the return of the products/refund of the amounts as a result of accepting the return service, according to the legal provisions/conditions mentioned above;
- for compliance with the rules, legal regulations.
If there are no non-conformities and the products meet all the return conditions mentioned above, the employees of A&L MICLEA CAFFEE SRL-D will proceed to draw up the applicable financial and accounting documents, in accordance with the legal provisions (return/advance invoice, provision for compensation , order of payment, receipt). The data required for the preparation of the above-mentioned documents refer to: name, surname, domicile, bank account, as appropriate. We will use personal data for the purpose of drawing up financial-accounting documents, according to the legal provisions in force. If you do not want to provide this data, the return of the products is not possible even if they fall within the return conditions presented above, as we cannot comply with the legislation in the tax field.
